Magic Explanation

Oryne describes her magic overall as "War Magic". In truth? It is an impressive combination of Abjuration magic and Conjuration magic. Though she does not use it in the case of slinging fire and ice, and protecting herself. Instead, she creates weapons and shields of the elements, or channels them to enhance her own abilities. Oryne carries three specific focii with her, two of the same kind, more to just make her magic more reliable. The first would be the two pommels, enchanted to be able to handle high heats and bitter colds. She channels her magic into various different blade lengths. This magic is elemental based; Fire, Ice, Electric, Wind, etc etc, so instead of any sort of slashing damage, they take the elemental damage instead. Her (technically) third focii would be a band around her right hand, where a small colorless gem sits. Using that gem, she can create a shield of small or medium size. She is a fairly capable fighter; knowing how to use both dual weapons as well as a sword and shield. The difficult thing is that...she lacks the physical strength to pick up an actual sword and shield. And weapons of literal magic are pretty much weightless.
