- Design -

When I gift you any characters designed by myself, I kindly ask you to do not remove the credits. If I helped you design a character, I'd appreciate you include me on the list of designers. 

If you received a character traded from me, please follow the original creator's TOS in trading. If you received a character designed by me through trade, feel free to resell/trade in any ways you like. However, you're not allowed to make alterations on my art directly. If said [designed] character by me was not created for adopts and/or you aren't the first-time owner, I'd appreciate you keep the original gender identity of the character.

- Commissions -

You have close to full rights to the images I draw of your characters. I retain the right to post these images on my own social media accounts as art updates and/or samples only, I will state they belong not to me. If anyone used these images I posted other than you, I will confront the person directly.

• Similarly, I hold rights to the images you draw of my characters. They are not to be used by anyone other than you and I, and you cannot give permissions to others to use these images. (e.g. as their profile pictures, or in any works they publish)
• If the artwork was done as gift art or trade, they hold no money value should you decide to resell the character. However, artwork obtained through trade can be traded for equal value of art; gift art does not count in trade/money no matter any circumstances.
