BASIC INFO

Ketsuro Haiki [廃棄 結論(けつろ)]

Age: 18

Nicknames: Ketsu

Weapon: Morning star

SUMMARY

A loner magical girl who is well known for her need to pick a fight with anyone who is a threat in her eyes. Gossip between magical girls has revealed that this may be a coping mechanism of some sort, but no one really knows. 

Her cocky/feisty attitude mixed with her need to survive has resulted in some near-death fights with other magical girls, but no one has pushed that boundary into death yet. She works by herself, and no one has tried to get close to her in years. 

Word of mouth says that Ketsuro never used to be like this. But, a rumor which spread years prior caused Ketsuro to snap and have her personality do a complete 180. The rumor has a few variations, such as she got her best friend killed in a witch fight, or she was the one who killed her for herself. 

PERSONALITY

Cocky, feisty, overly self-confident

NOTABLE DESIGN FEATURES:

-Scars on her right cheek, neck and left thigh

-Her arms are covered in bandages

-She's wearing brown sneakers in her casual outfit 

MAGICAL ABILITIES

-The ability to surround her opponent in a thick cloud of black smoke, causing temporary confusion. This can also affect her, though. This magic is best used as an escape route 

-Healing magic: Can be used on either herself or others, but has a chance of failing. Using this magic too much has caused Ketsuro to break out in scars. These scars only appeared on her left leg, and if she uses this magic too much the scars burst open and begin to bleed. This magic cannot be used to heal fatal wounds, such as organ failure, lost limbs, etc. 

-The ability to resurrect someone from the dead. This is not guaranteed to always work, and there is a chance that this magic could end up being fatal for her if odds are against her. She has only used this magic once, and it failed. This magic cannot be used on herself. This magic only works on someone who has recently passed (meaning within 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the odds). 

Ketsuro's magical abilities would be much more powerful if she were in a better place mentally. But, she isn't, causing a drastic decrease in her magical powers. Her healing magic could have the potential to heal fatal wounds, and her resurrection magic has the potential to work 95% of the time without repercussions. 

EXTRA

-She's in a band, and plays the bass! It's purple (haven't gotten around to drawing it yet orz)

-Her birthday is November 3rd

-Her fashion choices are mostly a mix of pop punk/skater punk fashion.

-Ketsuro picked up smoking as a coping mechanism after her friend passed. Feel free to draw her smoking if you want.

-The weapon she uses as a magical girl is a morning star (basically the same thing that Rem from Re:Zero uses as her weapon). Feel free to draw her with it.
