Don Blanc is the mysterious co-founder of the Carnival of Chaos, a circus and amusement park that travels the land. They employ Ghost types exclusively, since they have a difficult time finding regular jobs, and even offer temporary employment for anyone nearby.
He's quiet and reserved and comes from an extensive family. He inherited a large sum, and he's spent years learning how to manage it all well. Now that sum has grown even further, providing the funding for the Carnival. Don Blanc is an expert at organization, and is well known for taking charge calmly during stressful situations.
There is one person he seems to open up around, the only one he speaks more than necessary to. Who could it be...?
