Thank you! I wanted his redesign to lean more towards his mother because that's how the original was (with both him and his mother being pure white and the father being black, brown, and white), but I added darker tones as well to reflect his father's coat color. In addition I made the ear color a more muted pink to be a cross between his mother's vivid pink and his father's grey. Then I added the white claws to reflect his dog genes since the rest of his pattern was mostly taking inspiration from his wolf parts and, of course, within the pattern there are elements of his father's design as well such as with the tail, back legs, and snout.
