Axel

Axel is a high school dropout who showed great promise in his youth. He grew bored of the school structure and never got along with authority figures.
He bums around the streets while living in a poorly made structure hidden in the city slums. He's fairly well respected by those in his circle for his array of abilities and makes his living doing jobs for people mostly relating to theft.

Hypnosis 
He can use his hypnotic abilities to to temporarily control others to do whatever he asks. The participant must have a degree of doubt in themselves or desire to do what he wants (either for him or the task) for the trance to work properly. He can not force anyone to do things if they are very strong willed and truly unwilling.

Camouflage
He can blend into any surrounding. It only works while he's still.

Sticky Tongue
His tongue is very long and tacky. It is deceivingly strong and can pack a decent punch.
