Physical Description: Dark blue with a greyish-blue underbelly. A large hood starting at the top of the head and ending at the bottom of the neck. Four spikes on each side of the hood. Dark green eyes. Sharp claws to rip flesh. Tail is long then his own body

Personality: Dougal, or as he rather be called, Doug may look friendly, but if you catch his interest, you better run. This cobra doesn’t take no for an answer. While he is strong and more then capable to win in a fight, he much rather use his hypnosis to get his victim to submit, or just use his venom to paralyze. When new people come to his territory, he’ll greet them politely and offer for them to stay the night in his underground cave. But he does this not to be nice but see if whoever he invited might be a good meal, or slave. If not, he’ll just let you go.

History: Doug took over his underground cave after he beat his mother in a fight and won the rights to the cave. Kicking her out to find a different place to live. The cave is located not that far from Woodsworth Forest and the Southern Fields, just under a small hill. So, from time to time he’ll go hunting there, but normally he doesn’t hunt very often as snakes can go on for a very long time without food. Most of the time he gets his prey by travelers who wander into his territory and inviting him to his home. He may not be hungry at the time, so he just uses his hypnosis to keep the prey there till he becomes hungry again.

The only beings that he doesn’t try to do this with is the Skull Face Tribe. He knows better then to pick a fight with them. Plus, his hypnosis doesn’t work on them for some reason. So, he just stays out of their way.
