Julio is a pureified fairy in the village of Lumprush, he is a collecter. He loves to collect anything that shines, glows, or sparkles, you name it he probably has it. He is innocent and kind, always looking on the bright side of matters. His true nature is so pure that he is in a ghost like state most of the time.
