Personality: snarky attitude, but unfortunately thick-headed to be able to notice. Gets sighed at by Larch but still works diligently with him to help organize and deliver parcels and letters. He says more than he should, and talks before he thinks. He is usually quiet if you don't start up a controversial topic.

Description: due to his affinity and lineage, he mains in delivering letters and parcels across the empire and its 6 provinces, but usually sticks around in the mail room, ensuring that packages are placed in the correct direction. Sometimes he bumps into Sakura and Willow, but will more often stick around Larch whenever he comes back to the postal department.
