Rowan's friendly and outgoing and loves meeting new people. As a travelling bard, she's action-oriented, often following crowds to dangerous situations in order to gain inspiration for her stories. Though she doesn't like confrontation and prefers observes on the sidelines. As a child, Rowan has always loved travelling and exploration. Ever since she came of age, she dreams of travelling to distant lands and gaining the knowledge of different cultures and stories. Her goal is to become the greatest and most well-known bard in the land.

Fears

Rowan doesn't like large bodies of water and has a fear of drowning. This fear came from her childhood as she grew up hearing stories of drowning sailors and sea creatures from within the deep. Because of this, she never learned how to swim thus making her more vulnerable to water.

Habits

Rowan's main "habit" is sleeping on high ground, mainly ceiling fans. She feels more comfortable being on higher ground and is most in her element when in mountains. Wherever she's sleeping for the night, if there's a ceiling fan, she's sleeping on it. If not, she'll sleep on a tree, or on a high rock, whatever is higher than the ground.

Secrets

Rowan's an open book. She doesn't have many secrets and wears her heart out on her sleeve. Most of her secrets are embarassing moments she's experienced in her travels or random information strangers tell her. However, her biggest secret is that she's a trans woman. Nobody else knows this other than her family, who was accepting of her when she came out, allowing her to transition early and live stealth.

She's quite short with strong legs and body. Her goat traits are her horns, ears, tail and legs. Her fur is a gradient between brown and white due to her being a mixed breed of mountain goat.

Her hair is long and very curly, often tied into a ponytail. She has a bandaid on her nose and freckles all over her face and body. She also has tufts of fur down her arms.

Aesthetic

Rowan is partial to green (and red) and likes wearing loose-fitting, flowy outfits with multiple layers.

Rowan prefers fighting close-ranged as her main weapons are her strength and her dagger. She isn't particularly stealthy so she prefers attacking from the front with her blade or using brute force, ramming into opponents with her horns. Her ability to climb and jump far gives her the edge in strength.

Rowan was raised in a rather large family in a seaside town near the mountains. Not wanting to grow up to become a fisherman like her family, she pursued her dreams on becoming a travelling bard.

Background

Rowan was raised in a fisherman family in a seaside mountain town. She had a large family with 2 younger brothers and an older sister alongside her parents. As a child, she's always loved travelling and being adventurous, but hated being in the water as she never learned how to swim.

As a mountain goat, she learned from a young age how to regain balance and climbing. This is how she gained her preference of sleeping on high grounds - namely, ceiling fans.

Her parents expected her to grow up becoming a fisherman, but Rowan's fear of water led her down another path. She always enjoyed hearing the travels of sailors in her town, which inspired her to become a bard.
