A strange mishmash that does not seem to conform to the natural laws of the world, almost as if running on wacky cartoon logic. Imagine Mister Mxyzptlk meets Yoyo/Gogo Dodo. His cousin Specific is constantly trying to keep him in line, which never really works.
Random has a permanent smile on his toothless mouth, and cannot fly with his wings despite constantly attempting to. The "glasses" he wears are actually his eyes, and can be removed on purpose or accidentally. Random can only see what his eyes see, however; if his eyes were in one room and his body in another, he can only see in the room his eyes reside in. The left eye is slightly larger than the right.
He also has an unhealthy addiction to dairy products. Please keep him away from cheeses.
His voice sounds like a mix of Cheese from "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends" with the speech impediment of Homestar Runner.
