Nightfire's Ownership

-You may trade, resell and regift any character you get designed by me unless stated otherwise.

-For any character by me, is it a custom, an adopt or anything is a one-week-cooldown until you can trade or sell them since I want them to have some good homes and not to be used to get something more valuable out of my designs.

-Currency payment has to be done within two days and art payment within one month, extensions up to another month can be given if a wip provided.

-If you don't manage to finish your payment in time but have it partial done we co-own the character and I may do with my side of the co own anything I want.You can still resell, trade or regift your co owned side of the character but I may be notified about any owner changes.

-If a original species adopt please follow the traits and redesign guide when drawing them, its fun experimentating with characters but the rules of the species apply to my adops as well and can overwrite my tos.

-On any customs my Commissioned and owed art TOS apply as well.-If a original species adopt you cannot change the ownership unless it's on the masterlist of that species to prevent any theft or scam
