He's the owner of Shifty's, one of the most popular Restaurant in Hyades. His restaurant has been open for buisiness for as long as anyone can remember, and its practically a historical landmark by now too. His food's pretty great, Ice cream is even greater (Ask him about his special, the Face-Off Cone (He's open to suggestions on the name)). He's even open late too! So stop on by when you have the chance, He's more than happy to talk with you and whip up some food for ya while he's at it. 

Personality wise, he comes off as laid-back, kindhearted, and easily approachable. He cares deeply for his hometown too, and is always willing to give back and pay it forwards to others where he can.
