A reigning queen that resides beyond the Barrier of Estriar.

Cordelia rules as a monarch over the vast flatlands of Kinitou. Despite her petite appearance, she is a strict and powerful royal figure who is largely respected- and even feared. She is very defensive of her territory's borders and shows little to no hospitality or leeway for outsiders, maintaining a walled garden of sorts for her community and her kingdom. Her kingdom is well-known for it's large military forces, as she has grown a sizeable patriotic culture among her people, and many whether man or woman are heavily encouraged to fight for her.

Due to her "style" of rule, she has poor relations with the monarchs of Londes, Ralu and Sura. After a ferocious war that sprung from miscommunication between the two parties after an innocent attempt from Londes to form an alliance, surrounding regions and rulers have strictly remained neutral, exercise minimum contact, and leave the Kingdom of Kinitou to it's own devices.
