Portalis is an unassuming space-bat with galaxy wings.  No you totally can't use the wings to teleport. ahem. Totally. Portalis is a quick to rile familiar who is high maintenance and even more hyper when xer mood runs loose. Following Teora,  Portalis and the Defence Division are known for their antics of starting diplomatic crisis left and right. What a better way to start the day than having a hyper bat send your evil empire in flames right? Portalis encapsulates xer team in a nutshell, one of chaotic energy brimming with a will to bully evildoers left and right, whilst starting domnestic disputes over the tiny issues.

Portalis is known to teleport into different scenarios and points in time with no reason whatsoever. You will oft witness them appear randomly in all sorts of my drawings with absolutely no context. Consider this as part of xer tomfoolery.

About what I mentioned earlier, Portals wings ARE rifts. I meant that you can't use it because Portalis probably won't allow you to use it. Uh yeah. Xe has high standards as to who can use xer rifts. Since often their rift-wings are only saved for the Defence Division. Whilst one sticks their head through the rift wings, somewhere else in the universe a tear in space opens up like door made of cloth, of which one can enter through. Teleport? More like a portal. I mean, Teora Crystalwing does like calling xer a 'walking, flying door' who demands snacks as payment. Anyhow, as long as Portalis doesn't fly around a lot during displacement, one's journey won't descend into tumult. Hopefully, but one can never predict it. Just don't say anything inflamatory when going through xer rift-- please don't. You know so like-- xe doesn't ahem-- yknow, turn you into a plural.
