NOTES:
-A Minister/adviser of the queen. Not that much of anyone can tell her what to do. but he does run a few small things on his own.
-self conscious about the state of his dress, hates getting the hem of his robe dirty
-does NOT appreciate being called 'cute' or any subset of that kind of endearment
-his cottontail has three tan spots on it, its the part of himself that he's the most self conscious about.
-he might look like a skinny nerd, but he isn't to be trifled with
-He is a big fan of the arts, especially those that he is unfamiliar with or come from a new kind of culture
-when he sheds his robes and gets out of his shell he can be surprisingly adventurous and open to new experiences
-he uses a kind of palm striking martial arts for his combat style, much less messy that way. But he has an better hand at a longsword when he feels an opponent is worthy enough.
-his room in the royal palace has a lot of the gold geometric motifs that are in his outfit
-is occasionally mocked for his lack of visible furs by people who are more active in the hunt
DESIGN NOTES:
-his robe is all one piece save for the shawl and gold bands
-the gold jewelry that hangs down on the left side is a hair ornament
-his tail is kept under his robe and is non visible in most circumstances
