Vetis is the demi god of dragons in Narthalex.
His domain isn't as grand as his aspirations and no matter how hard he tries to expand his small empire; there's always something or someone to swat him down. Though, in his defense, a good portion of Vetis' diabolic failures can be attributed towards incompetent lackeys. Or, more notably, his new right hand man; Aldegar, who try as he might, doesn't seem to be able to please his new master.
