Sprout

(Here is some stuff I wrote about him while making the sketch of him!)

They were a robot created by the government for intel on criminals and crime n such. The glow stick fluid is their charging fluid. The computer has a C.D. port for memories, which are on the C.Ds in his little room. Every day they get their memories extracted for information. There is another copy of each disk in his room. The originals are with the government. The lace is just a part of the design as well as the tree/plant parts. They have a knife with them just in case and is programmed to protect itself and its information and nothing else.
