- Shapeshifting
    He can take a human form, his true Arderian form, or any sort of variation of human/Arderian inbetween. He can't turn into objects, other people or anything else.
    In a human form, he's not as tough or as capable as the alien form.
- Camoflauge
    Scott is capable of altering his body to blend in with his surroundings. This is not true invisibility; if he moves around too quickly or isnt very careful he can be spotted by a watchful eye. It makes playing pranks a lot easier, though!

Personality:
Scott is a friendly, curious fellow. He can be a bit timid at first, but once he's introduced himself he's quite eager to make friends. There's much about the world he'd like to learn, and will gladly listen to anyone that's listing off a ton of random facts or other information. He'll get along well with others who are patient with him, and who don't mind him asking many, likely obvious, questions.
He likes goofing around and playing harmless tricks on others, or doing what he thinks would be something funny, though his sense of humor sometimes wont make sense to anyone but him.
He can get a bit defensive if he feels he's been insulted or belittled. He's not very fond of being teased or picked on and is quick to make a snappy comment or even raise a fist.
However, being from another planet he is somewhat ignorant, dense, or simply doesn't know a lot of things. As such, he may not even realize he's been insulted.
Bio:
S'kahnos Ve'ahl was born on the planet Arderia, a warm and arid world full of various species and creatures. The most intellegent being the Arderians; a race of tall, lanky beings with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. They've developed technology that allows them to visit other plants and other solar systems, to travel all throughout space.
They're a peaceful race that seek only knowledge, companionship and new worlds to observe, they do not desire to conquer or invade other worlds.
Their own home-planet is rich in minerals and many other rare, desirable materials and thus is often a target for greedy would-be conquerors.
S'kahnos Ve'ahl, along with an adult companion, were selected to visit the Earth to learn all they could and try to make friends there. Forming alliances with other planets was what Arderians always tried to do when going offworld, as there is strength in numbers, and could prove helpful should their home-world be attacked. 
Upon landing on Earth, S'kahnos took on the human name "Scott Vernon" and is trying his best to learn all he can and make many friends around his age, while his adult supervisor does the same.

Additional Information:

• + Desert Bred - Loose sand, dirt and rocks feel just like home. Scott does well in warmer climates, or underground and is surpsingly adept at digging.
• + Night Vision - As an Arderian, a species that often digs tunnels underground, Scott can see pretty well in the dark although not as well as adult arderians can.
• +Good Buddy - Arderians are social creatures by nature, they live and work together to protect one another. As such, Scott has a strong sense of loyalty and will protect and help his friends and companions to the best of his ability.
• - Cold Blooded - Arderians do better in warmer climates and can get to being sluggish (and maybe even a bit whiny) in cooler temperatures.
• - Poor Swimmer -  He's fearful of the water, as large bodies of water are uncommon in the more habitable areas of Arderia, and never learned how to swim
• - Young Lad - Still being quite young, Scott isn't as capable, strong, or tough as adults of his species.
• - Accident Prone - Very prone to injury be it accidentally inflected by others or himself, or even purposefully harmed by unfriendly students. He finds himself in the infirmary at least once every day, often times Lapis fauna is the student who escorts or simply carries him there.
