Franken loves to spend hours on the roof picking up signals though his head. He can also play back what he picks up in the specific voices and sounds. 

Size:   Smaller then a real cat but bigger then a teddy

Fur  Type:  Patchwork fabric (green, grey    and purple), real cat fur (dark green with stripes) 

Eyes:   One blue, one yellow

Nose:      Button nose

Tail:     Thin, and completely made up of stitched sheets n the shape of a tail

Stuffing:  Old film strip, junk wires and probably a tape recorder somewhere, with one magic four-leaf clover heart of course.

Minor Electricity Powers   
   The metal in his head can pick up all sorts of waves, he also doesn't get electrocuted when he does dumb stuff like climb powerlines and sap power from plugs.
