Nova is the young heir to his late parents manor. After their accidental deaths, Nova inheirited the estate and all other assets. He finds himself feeling incredibly lonely, and thus became a suitable host for the demon named Asyd. Nova lives alone in the manor with the demon Asyd speaking to him in his head, his only other company is his faithful and loyal butler, Lacrimosa. Asyd and Nova share a body. Asyd occasionally takes over, and when doing so Nova's face and hair change to Asyd's.

Asyd was a very powerful demon that was feared and respected by his peers in the demon realm, however two vampires (Ell & Infernale) Sought to take his powers from him. Asyd was weakened and forced to flee from his realm and entered the human plane where he took Nova as his host body.
