Maddison (Maddie)'s Ownership

- My designs can be redesigned, but the redesign must be based off THE ORIGINAL design and must be recognizable. Do not continuously redesign the character until it is unrecognizable to the original design. It is extremely disrespectful to me, and I will take back the original design to resell. Because obviously, your "redesign" no longer looks like my original, so you don't need the original anymore.

- Do not edit my art. If you want a change to the design, do it yourself or pay someone else to do it. In fact, I offer a discount for people commissioning me to redesign one of my own designs.

- I do not mind NSFW artwork being drawn of my designs. They're yours now buddy, go off. 

- Do not use my designs in any hateful way. I do not want my designs to be associated with hate speech, homophobia, zoophelia, etc. Obviously I know I can't stop this from happening, but if I find out you are using my design for these purposes, I will blacklist you on the spot. And block you, for good measure.

- If a character is sold on toyhouse, you are not allowed to delete the profile. It allows me to keep track of my designs better, and help solve any potential scam situations.

- Do not sell my designs for more than what you bought it for unless it has gotten extra art AFTER you bought them. Do not sell my designs if you got it for free unless it has gotten extra art AFTER you got them. 

- DO NOT TRADE DESIGNS TO SOMEONE ON MY BLACKLIST.

- You can use my designs any way you want as long as it follows these rules. And please, all I ask is that you use the design. Thank you!
