 When he's happy the little 'feathers' on his arms flap.

Fur Type:
  Fur is very thin and slick being waterproof. He's covered in patches of sweet sugary build up that ooze out of his body. Boba beads cling to his pelt.

Tail:  Floating otherworldly sweet seaweed frosting tail

Fish Tank:

He must always wear a fishtank with lemonade in it, he needs it to breath. He cant even be in water fresh or salt, ONLY sugary drinks, lemonade being the perfect drink for him. He almost dried out till someone figured out the right combination of lemon, sugar and water together is what he needed. He has little boba beads floating around in his tank, they keep it nice and sugary.

Candy Growths
  Can grow and leak sweet candy fluids, alot of his green floating has a seaweed after taste and isn't as tasty as some of his siblings. Even his 'feathers' are seaweed candy strips.
