Sea Biscuit looks like a true aquatic cat, till you come closer and see his beach rocks and starfish are really just made out candy and not real sea life. He denies he is a candy cat and acts like a night beach guardian patrolling the shoreline letting his space matter tail flow into the night sky.

Candy Peices:

Sugary particles grow on its body, usually made up of candy with chocolate fillings, outside its coated in many colors and comes in sea life type shapes, pebbles and rocks, starfish and shells.

Candy Growths
:  Can grow and leak sweet candy and frosting, the green frosting has a  seaweed aftertaste under all the sugar. Even his 'feathers' are seaweed candy strips.
