Background story: He was born in Osaka, but moved to Tokyo at the age of 3 after his father, whom was a policeman, decided to transfer there. His childhood was pretty much normal for the most part. He never really had an interest in following in his father's footsteps until his father was struck and killed by a vehicle by accident while trying to catch a fleeing felon, who is still wanted, on foot. After the incident occurred, he decided to follow in his father's footsteps and become a police officer. He passed the academy with flying colours and became an officer at the age of 22, working at a Police Box in the Shibuya District of Tokyo; where he worked for 5 years before getting promoted to Sergeant and getting transferred to the Shinjuku District of Tokyo.
Personality: He's a reserved individual who can be stubborn when he is trying to prove a point. He likes to help people and will always greet the citizens, who walk past his post, with a friendly smile.
