Marcellus was born into a noble family that wished for power. They turned to a demon in search of more power. The demon promised to turn their newborn son into a powerful soldier to fight for them and in turn their souls. Marcellus' parents agreed to these conditions and the ritual was performed. Lady Laerties cut her son's right cheek with a knife dipped in goat's blood. Marcellus' parents only lived for a couple of days without a soul before they met their untimely demise and the ritual gave their son a curse that made him strong, but he would die much earlier than most people.

Marcellus was cared for by the maids of Laertes, however when he learned of what caused the scar on his cheek that slowly grew towards his chest as well as the black markings on his body, he left the mansion on his own in search of a cure or his cursed blood

Marcellus is a cold and blunt man who does not like other people and will not tolerate any shenanigans. He is mean to those who approach him as he does not want to get close to people when he knows his time is running out quickly.

Appearance

Marcellus has medium length black hair that covers his left eye and red eyes. He has many black demonic markings on his body due to the ritual his mother performed on him. He wears a large deep red cape with silver fur that covers most of his protective leather armor. His gloves and boots are both leather with many buckles on them, His pants are grey and his armor is nearly black. The epee jacket he has is dark grey and around his waste is a black belt with a silver buckle and a red cloth. He is about six feet tall.
