Cookie

Cookie is a rather simple dutchie who lives for one very simple thing, cookies. They adore all forms of cookies unless rasins are involved. Rasins are even in their opinion. Unlike most dutchies they don't have a hoard, for the only reason being that they eat everything they collect before a true hoard can form. Even though they eat sweets constantly they manage to stay rather small and bouncy. 

They tend to be very hyper, probably from a constant sugar rush, and are all over the place normally. They are able to control water when they want and mostly uses it to prank others and have fun with it. They love flying around to find new baking shops and love finding new treats to eat. When they are serious, you should worry, it rarely happens but when it does it's for a reason. Either someone stole their treats or has hurt their friends.

Cookie also goes into deep states of depression at night for unknown reasons and her dark brown markings will glow a pale blue like her eyes. In this state she wonders streets alone in a feral form and they leave a trail of wet paw prints behind her as if they had just gotten out of a lake.
