Annabelle is a sweet, bubbly girl who is a witch-in-training. She really loves all living things and often paints them with her giant magical paintbrush, which brings whatever she paints to life. While she takes her work and training very seriously, she is very clumsy and often falls over, trips, or drops things.

She is like a younger sister to Mimi, friends with Mizuki, Anais, and Magnolia.

She wears ripped and patched up clothing, because she has a tendency to rip her clothing on accident. Mimi fixes her clothing a lot, so they always look like patchwork.
