So her quirk is that she is a very fast runner and whenever she runs she leaves behind a bright shine of light. So she looks like a shooting star and if you get caught in the light it feels like you're getting burned so she runs around someone to trap them. If she does too much she gets leg cramps.

Her name is - Akiara which means bright person.
