Cackles the Demon

It was once sealed away in a doll a long time ago until a naive and curious magician released it back into the world. The child eating demon use to terrorize the city folk. The demon can take many form and mimic many sounds. It can't speak and can only make noises. It would lure unsuspecting children with its bright and colorful decor. Most of the time it'll tie a balloon or a glittery tassel to end of a string and let the children chase it right into its path.

Now that it is free to roam, it can reenter the body of the doll and control the doll. In doll form it is quite harmless besides its creep value. However, inside the doll, it is protected from holy magic. 

Cackles the demon is a very shy and cowardly demon. It only attacks and eats the most vulnerable population, children and the elderly. It needs to consume them to gain its power. When it has been spotted by an adult it will shrivel and flee into a small crevice. It is so hideous and horrifying that when an adult sees it, they will usually freeze in fear for the half sec, just enough time for the demon to escape. 

Its current whereabouts are unknown. However it is known to lurk around birthday parties...
