Profile

Welcome to Wendell
Red is Tasky's older brother.

Setting
There are several kinds of "beasts" and humans. Any mix of the two results in a half-beast child. Depending on the area beasts and humans may or may not get along. It is common to see beasts and half-beasts treated as slaves or servants by humans. Depending on their race, some beasts may have human slaves/servants.

Red lives in Wendell, a human town where airships and trains, or carts that deliver to bigger cities stop for repair of fuel.

Story (Highly WIP, subject to changes)
Red and Tasky's mother, Teiyah, fell in love with a human man and his crafts, she married him, much to the dismay of a few beasts from her hometown.
The two had a child and named him Red, they lived together quite happily. During her second pregnancy her husband left to visit his ailing mother in the mountains. He never returned.
Stricken with grief, Teiyah carried her second child, Tasky until he was born. She raised her children for 2 years struggling to keep a steady job with her poor health.
Her friend Mrs. Annie who worked at the bakery helped as much as she could, but in the end Teiyah passed away from the fast spreading beast illness "Hai's fever".
Red was left with only his 2 year old brother. Mrs.Annie and her husband at the bakery down the street helped Red, in return he worked part time around the shop before being promoted to a delivery boy.
While he followed his brother who was making a delivery for Mrs. Annie, the two were attacked by a small group. Red lost his right eye.

Personality
Discrimination against half-beasts had led him to dislike humans. He keeps to himself around most humans but understands that not everyone is the same and is generally kind enough to help others who need it.

He is protective of his brother Tasky, who appears to be the only family member he has left.
Often crafts or sews. He has made several eyepatches for himself that are highly decorative.
