Moshi often scribbles on Yokan with crayons to express how he feels at the moment, he doesn't do it in public often. Yokan is a ball-jointed doll, so Moshi is able to scribble and draw on it. Yokan is able to remove the small things Moshi draws on it, the ones on it are ones Moshi wanted to keep.
He also sometimes puts clothes on Yokan, just for fun. Yokan doesn't enjoy it that much, but lets him do it. He has his own wardrobe for Yokan.
