About
Lennox is a university student studying geology. They're a big fan of rocks and minerals. While they're devoted to their studies, they are equally devoted to fun. They're an extrovert with lots of friends; most people who meet them can't help liking them.
Although they may not take everything too seriously, Lennox also strongly believes in spending life trying to make things better for the future, as well as in the present for the people they love. Lennox puts their own emotional well-being secondary to that of their friends, which can often become a problem.
Appearance
Lennox is somewhat tall. They have warm-toned brown skin, brown eyes, and dyed white hair. Their ears are pierced, and they wear small black earrings. From the ages of 17 to 19, they have braces with rainbow rubber bands, but not from the age of 20 onward.
Lennox usually dresses for comfort and utility above fashion. They most commonly wear khaki pants and a T-shirt or dress shirt, paired with tennis shoes or hiking boots.

Backstory
Lennox grew up in a small town. Their childhood was lonely; although they made constant efforts to be friends with everyone, they were outcast by their peers. They spent most of their younger years reading books about their special interests, studying, and going outside in search of cool rocks.
When Lennox was 14, their family moved, and things improved a bit during Lennox's high school years. Lennox joined the school band and made some like-minded friends, one of them being Jacques; Jacques was a mallet percussionist, while Lennox played upright bass. Lennox knew they wanted to study geology at university, so they spent a lot of time preparing for that.
Present Day
At university, Lennox would finally find a group where they felt like they fit in. They studied what they loved, joined the GSA, and made a lot of new friends -- including Alice, who is now their closest friend and roommate.
Alice and Lennox meet at the GSA. Lennox invites Alice to help them bake for the upcoming fundraiser, and they have a great time and become friends soon after. Eventually, they become roommates. The two care deeply for one another, sharing their passions, interests and hobbies while helping each other through difficult times. Their relationship is stronger than a friendship but not quite romantic (or is it? they don't seem to be sure, themselves).
Lennox and Jacques met in high school band, and they've been good friends ever since.
