Design & Art Use

• My work is for personal use only. If wanted for commercial purposes, I must be contacted beforehand. I must give permission for any of my work to be used commercially.
• Free art & designs have no value so therefore cannot be sold unless there is other commissioned work that has added value.
• Designs or art obtained via raffles or giveaways/gifts are still counted as free.
• Traded designs without any value cannot be sold, but can be traded for anything without real money value.
• Traded designs with value can be traded or sold.
• Designs or art obtained via real life currency can only be sold for partial or full resale and cannot be sold for more than it is worth.

• My designs can be redesigned in any capacity as long as some of the original design is recognizable.
• My designs can be voided and/or transferred into any species.
  • As long as the species TOS is followed & allows transfers.
• I must retain credit even after a redesign.
