All transactions that take place after September 1st, 2017 are bound by these rules.
General:
- All PayPal payments must be paid via the sent invoice.
- You may resell adopts only at the price they were purchased for plus the cost of commissioned art. Gift art and self-made art do not count for this. Adopts that were obtained for free can only be gifted or traded unless art has been commissioned of them. This limit also applies to vouchers.
- If you use the art on another site, you must link back to my deviantArt (ClyncyeRudje), FurAffinity (sullenplummet), or commiss.io (clyncyerudje) where the art is used.
- Minor alterations (like changing color, making an anthro version, changing body type, or slightly changing a pattern) are fine, but the end result must resemble the original design.
- Guest designs must also follow the ToS for that species.
- Please contact me before using a design purchased from me for commercial purposes in order to negotiate proper compensation. This includes things like Vtuber avatars. None of my art is allowed to be used for NFTs or any blockchain or machine-learning technology.
- I will send the full-quality image of the adopt after I have been paid.
- I will not give refunds for adoptables.
- I will not take payment plans for adoptables priced under 20 USD.
- Payment plans must be completed in full before I will send all images associated with an adopt. Additionally, you must send a down payment (of at least 25% of the total cost) for any payment plan; while I am willing to refund for part of an incomplete payment plan, the down payment stays with me. If more time is needed, contact me ASAP.
- No adoptables of mine may be co-owned. Sorry, too many problems could come of that and I'd rather prevent it beforehand.
- Payment must be sent within 72 hours of claiming. This includes art payments unless otherwise negotiated beforehand.
- Auctions end 48 hours after first bid unless stated otherwise. Bids placed 15 minutes before the end time extend the bidding by 1 hour.
Dragonoids:
- Traits can only be swapped for traits of the same rarity or lower. You also cannot add more traits of a rarity than the design started with. So if you have a dragonoid with one rare trait, you could downgrade it to one uncommon trait, but you couldn't give it another rare trait or two uncommon traits.
- Dragonoids may not be used for any commercial purpose.
- Dragonoids may have alternate species designs, but they are considered a set with the original design for the purpose of trade/sale.
- MYO Dragonoids must be sent to me for approval before being posted publicly.
Rybbonchilde adopts:
- Traits that are exclusive to artisinal Rybbonchildren cannot be changed without asking me.
- Rybbonchildren cannot be used for commercial purposes.
- Rybbonchildren may have alternate species designs, but they are considered a set with the original design for the purpose of sale/trade.
- MYO Artisan Rybbonchildren must be sent to me for approval before being posted publicly. Mass-produced Rybbonchildren do not need to be, but I would like to see them.
Falinkubi:
- Traits may only be swapped for traits of the same rarity or lower. You also cannot add more traits of a rarity than the design started with. So if you have a Falinkubus with one rare trait, you could downgrade it to one uncommon trait, but you couldn't give it another rare trait or two uncommon traits.
- Falinkubi may not be used for any commercial purposes.
- Falinkubi may have alternate species designs, but they are considered a set with the original design for the purpose of trade/sale.
- Minors cannot own Falinkubi.
- MYO Falinkubi must be sent to me for approval before being posted publicly. Free MYO slots expire six months after being distributed.
