Main story: 
[Kat's story is set in the 90's, she's not in the main storyline as my other OCs but isn't related to Nariko's either; it's sort of in-between]

Just your generic Rocket grunt who lucked out enough to get on a tiny higher step than other grunts.
No one really noticed when exactly she popped out in Team Rocket, but she's always been with Zuzzo as far as everyone knows, even if the two rarely work together.
Kat always had a knack for gambling and luck-based games, which made her quite popular in Celadon's Game Corner and with other Rockets, and uses her skills for her smuggling jobs. Sadly, said skills don't seem to be helping her at all in Pokemon battles.

Doesn't really know what she wants to do with her future, she's still a deranged teen who is content with staying in a gang which allows her to do as she pleases. Granted, there are some ways of Team Rocket that she doesn't enjoy at all (namely the splatterfest-involving ones), but it makes herself feel "cooler" and safer to be part of a gang...she's the type of person who'd play the predator rather than being prey.

Pokemon: 
Main team: Koffing, Slowpoke
A team of dumb lovable lazybones, with the "luck" of being both constantly victim of the Executives' "attentions".

Koffing -> Koffing, male
The first Pokemon she was given when joining TR, and, like most of the other grunts, has been fighting to not let Petrel steal him away to add him to his hoard of Koffing ever since. Koffing likes scarves and coffee, and cozy things in general; he also seems to like spices, as is sometimes found trying to absorb them inside him (and puff out little spicey clouds). Whenever Kat wants to try a cigarette from her friends or to buy them, Koffing will always come out of his Pokeball and smack her head.

Slowpoke -> Slowpoke, male
The first Pokemon that Kat managed to steal, and of which other Rockets were proud of because of his valuable tail...actually, Slowpoke has been tried to be stolen before, or to have his tail forcefully cut (Kat especially has to hide him whenever Proton walks by). Slowpoke likes butterflies (literally the only reason for him to walk around), eating ramen (and bathing in it) and tummy scratches. Doesn't like it much when Il Pupo starts sucking on his sugary tail, though...
Has an awesome relationship with Zuzzo, people often mistake him for Zuzzo's Pokémon. They cuddle often, and stare blankly into the horizon just as often. Zuzzo often tries to dress him up, and likes to call him "Pocky". Kat is very irked by all this.

Trivia:

• When something catches her interest enough, she starts obsessing over it; her main obsession is and has always been obviously Pokemon marbles.
• She's known to have an horrible attitude even among other grunts (even though she's not at all cruel/violence-driven like many other Rockets), but when taken in her good mood (or when she's drunk) she's actually nice with others and just wants to joke around and have fun.
• Really likes sci-fi and anything related to space. She often wears alien/galaxy-themed wear when in casual outfits, and her favorite Pokemon is Clefable.
• Loves to wear the jacket + crop tops/sweater + high waisted jeans/shorts combo, no matter the weather.
• Doesn't like having a deep bond with Pokemon, she doesn't even nickname them. She cares about them, but doesn't consider them as "friends"
