The flower Will always wears was given to her by a man in one of her old groups. This man was somewhat of a father figure to her, so Will always keeps it in her fur in memory of him. She would be very distraught if she were to lose it.

PRE-FALL

Willow grew up with her mother and one younger sister, both of which she was close with. At age nine, the world fell into ruin. Her family happened to be on a trip up to Michigan, having come from the North Carolina area. There, they found themselves stranded as the dead began to walk.

DURING FALL

Only a few months into the apocalypse, Will's mother and sister were unable to escape the onslaught of bodies, leading to their deaths. Will was able to escape, and began wandering. She encountered many groups along the way, and befriended many people. However, due to either extreme good luck, or extreme bad, Will ended up as the only survivor of each group. She never dropped her friendly demeanor though, and it helped her find her way into groups for nearly her entire childhood.

POST-FALL

A group Will was a part of consisted of three men, one woman and another young child. While, for the most part, the group got along, a few members often got frustrated with the priority Willow was given. Being a child, she was fed first and the first people would go to protect in situations. This fruatration turned quickly to anger when one of the men, unprompted, shot Will in the shoulder. The next time she opened her eyes, she found herself and one of the men, who hadn't tried to shoot her, far away from the others. They had even seperated from the other young girl, who didn't seem to get attacked at all.

The two traveled together for a few more years before they were eventually, inevitably, split up. From there, Will went out on her own once again.

• Willow is the name of character I made in sixth grade, intended to be a self insert in the Telltale Walking Dead universe. All these years later, I brought back the name for another Walking Dead OC, this time in her own story and not a self insert.
• Will is the first character introduced into this universe, apart from Ella.
• Very few people ever use Will's full name, even though she introduces herself with it most of the time.
• At 20 years old, Will is the youngest member of the group. She is three years younger than the oldest member of the group (Delta).
• Nearly every character in this series has a shortened version of their names that only one or two characters call them. However, in Willow's case, nearly every character calls her by her nickname, "Will".
