RAVEN SOUL GUIDE

- Nick has a Raven as a Soul Guide, which is basically a based off of his soul, and is an extension of himself.
- He is a lucid, and watches over TK during his adventures in the Dreamscape.

- The relationship between the wolf and raven is the stuff of myths and legends for Native Americans and other groups around the world. Both Raven and Wolf were important spiritual figures to these cultures. Among the Norse, to see a wolf and raven together was a good omen for success in an upcoming battle.

- Ravens are sometimes known as "wolf-birds" because they form social attachments with wolves. Where there are wolves, there are often ravens that follow wolves to grab leftovers from the hunt, and to tease the wolves.

- Ravens may also lead wolves to animal cadavers or to nearby prey. It is believed that the wolves may respond to the ravens' calls or other behavior that indicates food. Sometimes when the ravens fly, the wolves will follow.

- A group of ravens is called an "unkindness" or "conspiracy," which seems fitting, since ravens are traditionally considered creepy.
