This is Fuar, a silver Dragonborn gal and a Shadow monk (DnD character). Her name means cold in Gaelic. She's a feisty lass with an attitude and a penchant to be the party's trigger-happy guard dog. She was raised in the campaign's rebel territory and trained to be a spy. She studied the way of Shadow Monks at the world's top college and was eventually hired as a guard by another player's prestigious family - which she took advantage of by leaking information to the rebellion. Eventually, she came clean, broke off working with both the instituted government and the rebellion, and is working with the party to try and forge a new life for herself - as a cleric to the Raven Queen, goddess of death.
Her other eye is blue (initially created as a foil to my previous character, who had been slain by the campaign's BBEG), which she believes allows her to better harness Ki and be a superior monk. This was a white lie taught to her by Keothi, her adoptive father who found her in the cold southern territory of the rebellion.
She's a lot of fun to play. She doesn't talk much, instead growling, chuffing, or even roaring. Our DM has a blast with that! She's a juggernaut on the battlefield, and lightning fast. She's a social chameleon, adopting the mannerisms of those around her with alarming ease. And she met the Raven Queen in person.
We have another character named Four, who's player and I sit next to each other. Our DM pronounces the names similarly. It's become a running joke that whenever we meet a new NPC or a Guest PC, they mention it and Four brushes it off.
