Azzanth's Ownership

Err0r-Manda's T.O.S: 

- Do not steal, trace, or re-upload my adopts or art on any sites. 

- Refunds are not given once fully purchased. 

- If you would like to use the design for commercial use, you must inform me. There will be a fee of $20. Once paid, you will have full commercial rights of the design. However, you may not use the initial art of the design for commercial use. 

- Payment is due upfront within 48 hours. If I don't receive payment in that timeframe, I will notify you and ask only once. If I don't hear a response, the adopt goes back up for sale (exceptions are holds). I will only hold the design for a week. If you're unable to pay within the timeframe, the adopt will go back up for offers without warning.

- I ask that you credit me for the original design (all of my socials are Err0r-Manda/err0r.manda) 

- You can trade, gift, or resell the adopt. However, you may not resell the design for a higher price than you originally paid for unless you have additional artwork along with it. 

- If you got the design through trade by another user, you may not resell the design unless you have added additional artwork from your time owning the design/character. 

- Co-owns are allowed on my designs however I will not be involved in matters affecting the co-ownership of the design 

- You can modify/redesign the design as long as there's resemblance to the original. You may edit over my art of the design for redesigning purposes only and I must be credited for the original. This only applies to adopts and not commissions/illustrations. 

- You may not use my designs as inspiration/concept for closed/open species

- My work may not be used for NFTs or AI sites at all.
