Appearance:

Physical Description:

While much of Sonia's appearance does appear similar to a regular Braixen's appearance, there are a few subtle differences. Her ears are slightly shorter than a normal Braixen's; the fluff in her ears aren't quite as long, as well. 

She bears the traditional colors of her species; a fiery orange-red, a light, calm yellow, and a soft white spot her fur. Her shoulders and arms are pretty regular, as well. However, on the upper section of her torso, she has a white splotch running down her midsection that resembles that of her father. Lastly, while a regular Braixen's tail is more drawn out and flame-shaped while it is behind her back, curled around her wand, her tail ends up being more orb-shaped with a smaller tip coming off of it that is colored with a fiery edge.

As for her wand, Sonia has a moderately-sized twig that bears three prongs at its top. It has one dark violet orb that is nestled between the three twig ends. The nut is not very shiny and seems very tough as opposed to the rest of the stick. The stick itself is a lighter brown.

Clothing Descriptions:

She usually wears a string of polished beads carved out of light rock that is painted with a lighter violet dye to resemble amethysts. It's quite the short string and it's somewhat hard to see how the whole thing fits over Sonia's head. In reality, she can only barely get it on, but the string is sturdy enough (at least, for now) that she hasn't broken it from straining to get it around her head.

Personality:

Sonia always tries to stay calm and level-headed. She believes that that's important--to stay calm even when no one else is. Unfortunately, while she can stay calm in dangerous situations, she's easily flustered in ones where she is viewed as incompetent or not able to do what she believes that she herself can do. This obviously cycles into others viewing her in a worse light until she proves herself again. Sonia doesn't generally get angry when she is challenged or viewed in a bad light; however, she gets nervous and fidgety. This can cause slight bouts of klutziness or mistakes. These mistakes can also lead her to scold herself briefly, but she's pretty good at brushing off her own mistakes. It's just that she has trouble handling the critiques of others.

She enjoys relaxing and simply enjoying life, but also lives for exploration. While she might be seen simply lying in a field and watching the clouds go by, she can also be seen poring through library books or stepping lightly through a dark cave, wand lit, countenance taking on a cautionary look. She is averse to locations like Mystery Dungeons, however.

Sonia thrives off of being creative and always desires to lead in projects. She doesn't mind taking on a managerial role one bit. She loves to come up with intuitive ideas, often magnifying them to an increased complexity which can throw others off if they aren't following her lead closely.

The Braixen is a socialite. She enjoys talking to people and getting to know them for who they are. She can be a bit too inquisitive at times, but she's generally polite and can hold herself back when things might get touchy. She can be dodgy with her words when she needs to and isn't awkward unless she gets flustered. However, this flustered feeling can happen somewhat often if she gets embarrassed or feels belittled in some way. Even criticism can knock her down a peg if she lets it overwhelm herself. Yet, her genial nature can woo over most Pokémon to a greater gentleness.

Sonia tends to be an overachiever in what she does. She's fully willing to dive into a project as much as she can to bring it to life. However, she usually knows when she's reached her limits. Yet, she does admit that she hates quitting and loves bringing something beautiful to fruition. The allure is strong for the Braixen; indeed, it can almost be like a spell. This overachieving nature extends to those that she really cares about. She's a fan of lavish gifts and celebrations because she always wants to give her best. This can lead to a special sort of persistence with those that she's interested in or has concerns for.

Sonia always tries to keep herself open enough for conversation and tends to plan ahead. She tries not to do the latter to an unhealthy degree.
