History: Born to a tavern owner and his wife, Merry grew up as a maid and later, as a tavern wench. She prefers to be called a bar maid but knows very well how men and travelers in general see her. Her Father and Mother are both long dead, and the tavern she grew up in now owned by her cousin as merry had no brothers. She doesn't mind the work and gets to keep her own coin, (from where ever she finds it). Having lost her parents rather young Merry has been less sheltered than she might have been, and with her cousin's influence she not only sought coin from bodies but right from the purses. Drunks rarely notice until it's too late and thus far, Merry has not been caught.
She aims for a life beyond the tavern walls where she might not need to use her body and a knife to earn her way.
With Eris grown, Merry has set out to find new life for herself. If she'll find it has yet to be seen.
