This little pink vespire certainly looks the part of a lady. Her soft, curly fur and rosy patterns contrast with the fierce, bright glint in her eyes. Sweet and dainty she may be, but there's much more to her than that. She has no fear of getting her claws dirty, and she never seems content to stay for long in one place; she'll pop up just about anywhere. An avid reader of storybooks and fairytales, Briony is looking for an adventure of her own.
She is steadfast and honest, and though she may not officially be a knight, she endeavours to be just as chivalrous and brave as one ought to be. She can sometimes seem a little too serious and focused, and her ambition can be intimidating. Yet she is also quite kind, and genuinely wants to help others; she sees that as the foremost duty of any decent knight.

Briony is rather secretive about her past. She is clearly part pouflon, but beyond that, she tends to offer little. However, a few things about her are clear: she doesn't seem to belong to any Strata, a fact that doesn't appear to bother her. She is also quite comfortable with pouflon society, and can often be seen lurking on the outskirts of Obrille, staring wistfully at the doors of the Academy.
In truth, Briony comes from the Pennon of Rosaire--a proud noble family residing in Roseacre. The present lord of Rosaire had only one son, and it just so happened that son fell in love with a vespire after she rescued him from an avalanche near Snowhurst. He eloped with her, presumably to the Ebony Wreath, only to return a year later with a tiny geode and a newfound sorrow in his eyes. He never explained what happened--but his parents were grateful to have their son back, and they welcomed their new granddaughter as one of their own.
Briony was raised just like any bloom of Rosaire would have been. Her family initially tried to keep her identity secret with illusions--but they could not shelter her forever. Despite the shock and scorn of the other nobles of Roseacre, Briony remained determined to uphold her family's legacy. Vespire or not, she would bring glory to the name of Rosaire. She just had to figure out how...
