Tora Shiro was born to two loving pro heroes, alongside her twin sister Yumi. Tora possesses a White Tiger quirk, allowing her to transform into a ferocious white tiger. When in human form, she still has some traits of the large cat; such as ears and a tail, as well as a square shaped vocal pipe so her tissues can withstand excessive stretching, allowing for exceptionally loud roars! Tora has strong legs and is very swift on her feet, much like a real tiger. Before her quirk activated when she was five, Tora had light gray hair and similar blue eyes. When her quirk finally activated, her baby teeth fell out and sharp canines grew in their place. Her ears changed from human to catlike, a tail appeared, and her hair started growing in a black and white stripe-ish pattern. She was so excited to show off her big cat quirk that was just like her parent, that she ran down the stairs and discovered her new roaring ability. Unfortunately, since her vocal chords were still adjusting, she lost her voice for a few days, but was good to go once she got the hang of using her inside voice!
Tora is very energetic and always willing to help others, and she’s particularly fond of helping her family; When Yumi’s quirk developed, she was there to tell her not to talk to loud or else she’d lose her voice, and was all over their baby brother, Hiro, when he was born. She wanted to help feed him, pick out outfits, play with him, anything. As she grew into her adolescent years, Tora became more interested in becoming a hero and following in her parents footsteps. She had dreams of helping people and making a difference, and she made so many new friends who also had the same aspirations! Once the end of 9th grade roledaround, she made plans to apply at U.A! Her parents offered to put in recommendations for the twins, but they decided against it; Tora wanted to earn her place in U.A, and Yumi was there to support her big sister. The girls did exceptional on the entrance exams, and ultimately were placed in 1A together, thus starting the beginning of a new and exciting adventure of becoming heroes!

Crush/Love Interest
Denki Kaminari
Tora and Denki met on their first day of U.A! The two didn’t really talk much except in passing. Soon after school started, Tora’s sister became very good friends with him and they would often hang out, so Tora would see him more and more outside of school. Eventually, this led to both developing crushes on each other, but pushing them away because they felt they barely knew the other. This however changed once the sports festival took place, in which Tora was hanging around Yumi who had Kaminari in tow, and Yumi eventually ditched them.. It was a plan to get them alone! This worked, and Denki and Tora started talking. They became very fast friends, and soon started dating! In the future when they are both pro heroes, they get married and have a beautiful daughter named Melita Kaminari!

Ochako Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui
Tora met Tsu and Ochako on their first day at U.A, but formally introduced themselves in the locker room while changing into their gym uniforms. Ochako was eager to make new friends at U.A, and so was Tora! Tsu kind of melted her way in, with adding bits and pieces to the conversation and eventually becoming a full part of it. The trio decided to hit the mall and shopping center after school to chat some more, and they became very close friends after that! During the attack at the training camp, the three were stranded together in the woods, and interned under Ryukyu with them as well when they were recommended by Nejire!
Role Model/ Older sister figure
Nejire Hado
Neijire serves as a role model to Tora, with her being a third year while Tora is a first year. Tora was introduced to Nejire when the Big Three were all introduced to the class together, but Nejire took a liking to Tora because of her interesting quirk and abilities. Nejire took Tora under her wing and became very attached to her, seeing her like a little sister, and Tora seeing her as a big sister. Nejire was there to lend an open ear when Tora was so nervous to start her internship at Ryukyu’s agency that she couldn’t sleep! Nejire absolutely adores Tora, she thinks she’s the cutest thing and oh so sweet!
