Non was rescued by Doc when he was on the verge of death after his escape from his captives when he was 20 years old. Currently in this world, the only person who knows of Non's real name is Doc, even though Non himself don't know Doc's real name. As Doc is his life savior, Non has swear loyalty towards Doc and will never betray him. Non wasn't given a task to do while he travels with Doc, but Non has taken up the jobs akin to a servant/ butler in order to help out. It used to be just the two of them at first, but soon Doc picked up Hanae as an assistant docter/ nurse four years into their journey together. Non isn't too fond of Hanae as he keeps teasing him, but Hanae did make Rika for him as a companion, so he doesn't think Hanae is too bad. Rika may be foul mouthed but her intentions are always good, thus Non really treasures her.
Non was abused and tortured when he decided to give the title of the leader to the candidate after him. The elders got angry by his decision as they felt that he was belittling such an important event for them and thus he got imprison for it. They decided to get rid of the most important features for a werewolves first and the new leader decided to make it so that he can no longer speak. He was abused every time the leader was in a bad mood. He got whipped, cut up, burnt, anything the leader had felt like doing. Injuries heals fast for werewolves, so Non was just constantly hurt and healed over and over again. Almost 3 years passed, and the leader decided that it is time to kill him off once and for all by doing a public execution. Non managed to run away on the very day he was supposed to be executed, however he was badly hurt in the midst of it. He was almost dying when Doc found and rescued him.

- Has a lot of scars on his body, evidence of abuse/ past injuries.
- Feel free to ignore his plush toy. It is not being used much in the story.
Doc
[ Savior ]
Even though Non reveres Doc as his savior, he knew that the reason Doc saved him was because he wanted to test if he could save someone who was so badly hurt and is at death's door. However, it still doesn't change the fact that Doc had saved his life and even gave him a place of belonging, thus Non still likes Doc very much. Doc tends to refer to Non as puppo or pup rather than the "nickname name" he had given him, but Non is still very happy to be pet by him. The only times Doc uses his "name" Non was when he has something important to say, so Non prefers to be called by the pet name instead.
Hanae
[ Older Brother/ Colleagues ]
Just like Non, Hanae too was saved by Doc during their journeys though his injuries was mostly caused by experiments he did on himself. Non doesn't like Hanae that much as he is only a year older than him but acts all superior like he is way better than him. Hanae loves to tease Non however, since Non's reactions amuses him and relieves his stress. Once he heard whining sounds from Non when Doc was busy with work and didn't return home in days, thus he decided to "create" Rika for Non.
Rika
[ Younger Sister/ Doll ]
When Rika first was given to Non, Non didn't know how to feel nor what to do with this new being. She may just be a doll, but to Non she was more like a child than anything else. He tried feeding her, but she didn't require food. He tried playing with her, but she would much prefer to sit still and do nothing. After they got more comfortable with each other, Rika started eating a few things though she didn't really require it, and Non would often make more clothes for her to wear. She is very straight forward with Non and that causes Non to cry a lot (not because of the fact that he got scolded, but more of the fact that he feels loved) and they would hug and make up afterwards. They are very close.
