story
willingly chose the law enforcement path
his dad was a serial killer but he barely remembers him. he pursued law enforcement because he remembered the detectives who arrested his dad. brian figured out that the people going missing were the result of his father but was too scared to tell anyone. he remembered wishing he had told the detectives earlier.
his sister amanda was younger than him during this and doesn't remember it at all
he believes that he witnessed something when he was younger but isn't willing to figure out what. concerning one of the missing women

brian is all-over-the-place. the way he acts is dependent mostly on his mood. he has ptsd but he's not diagnosed
he's not easily angered, he has a level head, but he will sometimes zone out and get full of absolute dread
he's good at conversation and he remembers everything
sometimes he is very joyful, even when anxious, that is his persona, but if it's serious enough he drops it
