Personality
Artan is the King of Starfell. He specialises in studying the history and folklore of each of the villages and kingdoms past. He is book smart but not so much socially. Artan has a gift of Psychometry, being able to get hazy visions of the past of whatever person or object he touches. If he touches a person he feels mostly the strong emotion that person felt for whatever event he witnesses.
He has a crush on the Forest Village Prince Rune.
Artan is most happy when it is night and he is admiring the stars. It is also when his magic regenerates.
The stars on his body glow and shimmer when he feels strong emotion or he is using his magic.
You can draw Artan with any style length hair! I have a few references but please feel free to play around with hair styles. He has naturally wavy/curly hair.
