Offer's Ownership

It has come to my attention that users have been using my adoptables and selling them without paying me in full first. I realize this may have been an honest mistake but I feel the need to post my terms of reselling for those who didn't read it on the adoptables in the first place. So I will be making Terms and conditions for my Adoptables that all must read. "- If you want to resell this design, please contact me first." Adoptable Terms and Conditions Do not claim the art and design as your own. Give credit to the me should you post your purchased and or free adoptable anywhere. You may make MINOR changes to the design Minor color changes, slight marking changes, etc. are okay to change, but they MUST be approved by me before you can use it. ( I cannot stress this rule enough ) DO NOT offer more than what you can pay! DO NOT hide your comments Holds are accepted for a 7 day time period. Please discuss this with me if you would like an adoptable held. Holds may be cancelled as long as you discreetly contact me with the adoptable. Reselling Terms and Conditions Do not resell your adopt for higher than what you paid for. Reselling at a higher price will require my permission. My Rights to "your" adoptable I reserve the right to revoke your adoptable if not paid within a two week time frame since offer made. Do not try to resell the same design after having it revoked also, but not limited to, a block on all of my art, you will be black listed and have your right taken away to purchase my art, adoptables and future listings.
