The city of Azmarin is quite the lucky place to be born and raised if one has a sense of fun and fashion like Shenzi. Her parents, both designers themselves always made sure she was decked out in the latest fashions from birth until her high school years, making her quite a popular girl in school and around Azmarin- but despite that, Shenzi wanted nothing more to be someone who shared, rather than someone who used her popularity to her own personal advantage. So, during her school years and even outside of school, she pried herself on being someone inspirational, building up unmatched confidence, and carrying herself with an air of humility people can respect. She made a name for herself early on for being a massive supporter of people "feeling themselves", and inspiring self-confidence in others. Those with low self-confidence in her schools tended to look up to Shenzi for her constant support, which she generously gave.

After graduating high school, Shenzi stayed home to help her family run their fashion businesses, her parents allowing her to create her own designs and sell them as a completely separate line as payment for her assistance. Her reputation as a mood-boosting and kind woman made her line skyrocket in popularity, giving her the funds necessary to run her own separate business a year after graduating high school. Her creations have reached far and wide across Etharia, even being recognized by some of the most popular and influential fashion designers stationed in Zenovia. Said designers began to continuously blow up her line, wanting to collaborate and even have her move up to Zenovia to work with her personally, however, Shenzi wanted nothing more than to stay in the place she knew best and in the comfort of her home. At present, Shenzi still lives in Azmarin, a popular designer for college-aged kids like her- but still makes a point to go hang out with her friends at parties and at the amusement parks.
