Additional Info: The clock on his chest is a real working clock. Is always grinning and swaying his tail. Tail only stops swaying when he gets upset. He has eyebrows. Former spy/assassin, but still has a sly personality. Always likes to do/keep things tidy. Master at piano. He has a smaller form. He can float in the air and stick to walls. Can be harmlessly dismantled (e.g if his arm or head comes off, it doesn't hurt/hinder him.) He used to be much more expressive. He doesn't like to bring out his claws.
